One year after its launch, the national plan moves to its next stage: assessments 40% funded, long-term support 46% funded, and a target of 80% of SMEs and mid-sized companies using AI by 2030.
Launched on 1 July 2025, the “Osez l'IA” (Dare to use AI) plan reached more than 35,000 companies in its first year, with a network of 615 ambassadors across 20 regions and 88 solution providers listed for SMEs and mid-sized companies.
Bpifrance is announcing a new stage: the rollout of 1,000 Data & AI assessments. They are aimed at SMEs and mid-sized companies with 10 to 2,000 employees, involve eight days of support and are 40% funded by France 2030. To go further, the AI Accelerators offer 18 months of individual support, 46% funded, with a dedicated industry track in 2026.
The national target: 80% of SMEs and mid-sized companies using AI by 2030. Funding terms beyond 2026 have not yet been published, so interested companies should start their assessment without delay.
