Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data InnoSell Performance processes when you visit this website or contact us, why, for how long, and what your rights are.
Data controller
InnoSell Performance, 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France. The publisher's full identity is given in the legal notice. For any question about your data: contact@innosell-performance.com.
Data processed and purposes
Booking a meeting
When you book a meeting with the embedded calendar (Google Calendar service), you provide your name, your email address and, if you wish, additional information. This data is used to organize and prepare the meeting, and then to follow up on our business relationship. It is recorded in our customer relationship management tool (HubSpot). To prepare the meeting, we may also look at publicly available information about your company.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in following up on our exchanges.
“Ask a question” form and emails
The information you enter in the “Ask a question” form (first name, last name, job title, company, email address, phone, topic and message) is sent directly to our customer relationship management tool (HubSpot), where it is recorded to handle and follow up on your request. This submission does not set any cookies. If direct submission fails, the form opens your email app with a pre-filled message. The emails you send us are received in our mailbox (Google Workspace) and may also be recorded in HubSpot.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request.
Audience measurement
We use Matomo, installed on our own hosting, to produce visit statistics (pages viewed, traffic sources, device type). Matomo is configured without cookies and with IP address anonymization. The statistics are neither combined with other data nor shared with third parties. In line with the guidance of the French data protection authority (CNIL), this audience measurement does not require your consent. You can nevertheless opt out:
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used.
Server logs
Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) to keep the website secure and working properly.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing the website.
Cookies and embedded content
The website does not set any advertising or audience measurement cookies. It only remembers your language choice (FR/EN) in your browser, which does not require consent. Fonts, video and images are hosted on our own server: displaying them does not send any data to a third party.
The booking calendar is provided by Google. When it is displayed, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, in accordance with its privacy policy.

Your data is intended for InnoSell Performance only. It is never sold or rented. It is hosted or processed by the following providers:
- Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus): hosting of the website and of the Matomo statistics
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland): email, calendar and meeting booking (Google Workspace)
- HubSpot Ireland Limited (Ireland): customer relationship management

- Clients: for the duration of the contract, then for the periods required by law (10 years for accounting records)
- Visit statistics: 25 months maximum
- Server logs: period set by the hosting provider for security purposes
Your rights
