Gong Labs' analysis of 7.1 million opportunities confirms the gap between users and non-users.
The Gong Labs report “State of Revenue AI 2026” (December 2025) covers 7.1 million opportunities across 3,600 companies, complemented by a survey of more than 3,000 sales leaders.
Sales reps who use AI regularly generate 77% more revenue than those who don't, mainly because they handle more opportunities with the same headcount. Organizations that put AI at the heart of their sales strategy are 65% more likely to improve their win rate.
These figures mainly concern US companies. In France, sales AI is still rarely deployed in SMEs, which gives an edge to early adopters.
